I know. I was just getting a chuckle out of the situation. I felt like I had stumbled onto a transcript of an old Abbot & Costello bit, that's all.

My fault you guys are right, I was thinking of Iverson and he is in fact staying in Minnesota.

My source, Ryan Saunders, was mistaken.

For those who might not know, Flip Saunder's son Ryan is a senior walk-on for the Gophers. He was injured and didn't play last year. Don't know what astat32's relationship is with the Gophers (if any). I'll let the mods handle that.

Not many elk in elkton, so dont know where the name came from. It is true Elkton and Yankton both end in kton. He must mean that Krogman, but why would Krogman leave the Augustana Advantage to come to SDSU? Thats silly. There lots of Ryans and lots of KTONS, look out where you step. lol

If you are really connected to Ryan Saunders then you would've known that Iverson is signed on for Minnesota. Mr. Saunders wants to be a basketball coach, which is why he is on the Gophers squad instead of playing full-time with St. John's University in Collegeville, MN. He wanted to be a Johnny so he could play, but his Dad talked him into being a Gopher (like his Dad) for the coaching connections.

And, the way some people spell on the Message Board after a night of drinking, it is possible they could both be spelled "Yankton".

                          Wouldn't that then be Yakton?

Very nice and very funny (and possibly very true)!
Over? Did you say "over"? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!--Bluto--

Any word on whether our two 2009 Recruits Fiegan and White have grown over the last year. Also do Jacks have any interest in Watertown's Dusty Tetzlaff who I believe is the son of SDSU all time leading scorer Mark.

JackGuyII: you are correct, Dusty Tetzlaff is the son of SDSU great Mark Tetzlaff. Dusty is a junior and the Arrows will host Huron tomorrow night for their home opener.
