  • Re: 2010 Recruits

I think I could get use to seeing box scores like that from those 2. Im excited to see what the team does this year finally having some solid seniors and next year with another great class. im excited pretty much every sports season as SDSU, football, was wow, just wait till next year, womens basketball, finding their identity this year and will still only be better next year with that class, the effects of our freshman are noticable right away with this mens team, and the addition of next years guys will be great SDSU basketball in the future.

The Rock Valley boys(Dykstra/Heimstra) didn't have a bad night last night leading their team to a 30 point victory. Can you say triple double for Mr. Heimstra? He had 29 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists. Jordan Dykstra had a solid night as well will 25 points and 10 rebounds.

Keep it up boys, youll make fine additions for this team. Knock on wood, lets just hope they can avoid the injury bug.

Should be a good fit for him. He should have a good career there. I wonder if USF going DII had any impact on his decision?

Thanks for the info. Great family, John Brown definitely had an impact on me as an opposing coach but also as a leader and a friend.

Thanks for the stats, does anybody know where we can find box scores online for Dykstra & Heemstra?

You have to like seeing 13 assists from a 6'10" player.

I suspect about 10 of 13 assists were on passes to Dykstra.

Both averaging double doubles. Dykstra 24 and 12, Heemstra 18 and 11. I say that's impressive.

It is also impressive that Heimstra averages over 5 assists/game and Dykstra averages over 4/game. I am sure they love to feed each other. These two young men should be fun to watch at Frost the next four years.
