Trust me joe I hear ya barking. I had a conversation with one of our coaches last fall and let's just say he predicted quite accurately where the interest level would be for each of these guys and made it clear the Jacks would do everything possible to get each of them. He didn't concede anything. Keep in mind this was well ahead of the Jackrabbits making the NCAAs. There will be a day when high profile recruits choose to stay home, that time may as well be now.

All I know regarding D-I men's basketball recruiting is: it's amazing what a little thing like an NCAA Tournament appearance and a returning national-attention point guard will do, in getting the attention of graduating high school seniors . . .

It's up to the coaching staff to turn that into recruits of course, but I have the distinct impression that doors have opened this spring and summer that might not have been opened in previous years to the SDSU Jackrabbits men's basketball recruiters . . .

Sounds like Alec Peters is blowing up. Has picked up several offers in July already, including from Boston College today, according to @PeoriaIrish on Twitter.

St. Louis and Rice have also offered lately as well.

Somewhere in the 15 D-I offer range. Including some pretty nice mid-majors. Boston College obviously being the biggest offer to date.

The last basketball player Creighton recruited from SD worked out pretty good for SDSU, albeit on the women's side.

Unreal. Better play Creighton next year so he can pull a "Harrison Barns" then.

When you put on that jersey, the name on the front is more important than the name on the back.

Maybe Coach Seville can provide us with more insight. Creighton has a great program, SDSU is on the cusp of having a great program. When do we start getting more of the recruits like Zach Hanson?
