Palarca would be gone anyways....he'd be a senior with Clint this upcoming year if he sticks around

What about Jacobson from viborg? I know he shoots the 3 which would be nice but I dont know much else about his game. is he in the running?

Everything I've seen of Jacobson shows me that he's a DII player at most. Quite frankly, I don't see any part of his game that is DI material...he'd never be able to get a 3 off against the level of competition he'd be going against in DI.

              .

I would have to agree with Jacks1, the kid is not Div. 1 material. He is not even close to the ability of Krogman or Mueller which of course none of the Jackrabbit family ever wanted! He is not even as good as Schilling at Augustana. I would say we will pass on him.

I'm not going to be quite as harsh as RabbitNation but he's pretty close.... Its hard to grade Jacobson, you see flashes and at times would say no doubt D-I player but his complete game is not there and he just doesn't have the size.... maybe a walk-on....

I will take peoples word on him. I just see a 47% 3 point shooter and I think hmm, we could use another 3 point option. we lost 3 this year from grad and Rader could drain it but well, thats neither here nor there anymore. I just worry after clint leaves we will be hard pressed for a solid 3 pt option. Wolters can be a difference maker off the dribble, but we still need to help him with the 3. To me that is our biggest concern.

yeah, but a 47% shooting against Class B is a big difference from D-I, even if it is just the Summit League..... The key with him will be to watch him this summer, if he has good shooting percentages and can get his shot off against solid D-I recruits I could see Nagy calling but he will have to prove that....

SDSU was reportedly the only team that had offered Wisconsin's Lindberg, but now Toledo also has an offer out to him.

Here's an article about Lindberg from Wissports.net.

                        http://wissports.net/sports/hoopsb/b...123&id=1149082

It mentions that USD & NDSU are starting to show interest as well. Sounds familiar from last year when we were on another PG early only to see some area programs try and jump in towards the end.

I know Seth Tuttle has been mentioned as a potential recruit before, but he can be crossed off the list because he just committed to Northern Iowa.

Let me ask as question that may very well be unanswerable? When will the Jackrabbit fan base hear about young men signing on with the Jacks? Its starting to worry me just a little bit. OK, a bunch.

I think it is unanswerable from the fans, and the coaches continue to work on it, but I'm not sure they expect to find somebody who is going to see a lot of playing time at this stage of the game...unless that very rare find comes along...and then we will hear!

first of all this is 2011 recruiting class in which the Jacks have a verbal from the best kid in the state.

second, this late in recruiting class its hard to get anyone to come in that will help you.... of the kids left the big programs have figured out who is leaving for the draft and the process trickles all the way down....

third the signing period ended I believe May 19th, meaning we won't hear of any "signing"

fourth the Jacks have 2 really good recruits and 2 kids coming off redshirts (Carlson and White) of those four I think the chances of finding anyone that is going to come in and contribute as much as them this late is hard to do.

The best hope for the Jacks is to land the ASU transfer, and then hope that some kid who thought he was high mid-major was left holding the bag as the scholarship offer never came, but until now you don't even know who those recruits are.
