That's it, plain and simple. Doesn't make a ton of sense. Not how massive the difference is. It just shouldn't be such a stark difference. Sure, you play better at home, but...

And yet people wonder why some of us aren't real optimistic about a win in a game like this. If you can't see the difference in performance home vs. away you're not paying attention. To be completely fair SDSU isn't the only team that struggles on the road. It's a fact of life across college basketball.

This team needs to learn how to finish close games. It ended their hopes of making the NCAA tournament last year and now a potentially regular season title. Dropped 2 close games on the road that were winnable in the last couple of minutes of the game.

One team was 10-1 at home, the other was 7-6 on the road. You don't have to be a genius to see that the odds of this outcome were high.

Let's hope that the Premier Center feels a lot like Frost!

Jacks will need to hope for an Omaha win on Saturday night.

If the Jacks can win at WIU, at home vs NDSU and ORU, they will for sure be a top 2 seed.

FW could still lose at WIU and IUPUI to end the season.

But still, this is the same story as last week. Jacks started hot and just couldn't keep up the intensity, especially defensively.
