I went to the event on Cubby's. It was well attended, the whole back room was full. I missed the first part, i believe Lang and Rod Dehaven went first. I got all of Stig's presentation.

Stig was his normal self, very relaxed and he showed little emotion. He did tell a nice story about JeRyan Butler and mentioned his mother was very intense. He didn't identify what recruits were scholarship or non-scholarship, and noted that he doesn't consider the preferred walk-ons as "walk-ons" as they work hard at recruiting these guys. At the end of his presentation he noted that one kid asked for more time, so they are giving him more time, I assume he was talking about Martenson.

He did not open it up for questions.

Also, unless it was discussed prior to my arrival the schedule and the new stadium were not discussed.

Really wanted the Andrews kid. His highlights looked good! Can't blame him for going to a major school like Colorado though.

Really? I was kinda nervous though, so it may have came off as intense.

Yup! My dishwasher broke and the maintenance guy had left like 10 minutes before the coaches came over and my mama may have raised a fool , it just wasn't me LOL I had alot of nervous energy too, I clean when Im nervous

What mom isn't nervous when someone comes to their house with a life altering offer for one of their children? But, as you may now know. Stig is a good honest guy, that speaks from his heart. As long as his players do what they are supposed to on and off the field, he'll fight like heck for each and every one of them.
