One local sports radio guy here said it well today also of Coach Stig. He was talking about a LB commit from Sioux Falls and was talking about the character of the kid. He said alot of coaches like to talk about character and bringing in character kids but few deliver consistently like Stig does. He's the real deal. A fine and honest man. Best of luck...TIFFANI!

I know it has been said before, but welcome to the Jackrabbit family. I played at SDSU many moons ago, and I will promise you that Coach Stig is a man of great character, and will make sure your son is a quality Student Athlete (emphasis on Student) at SDSU.

Kai Williams's mom was on here last year and still drops by with updates, but of course that's basketball. I'm excited to have parents as part of the fan community as well!

I personally would put Cam Jones in there. Looks like he is gonna be a heck of TE. Great size and speed.

Cam Jones is my #1 dark horse. I totally agree with your assessment and I like the fact that he played QB before. That knowledge base will help him as a receiver.

This article confirms the story Jacks#1Fan reported about what went down with the Andrews kid from San Diego and initially signing with Colorado. Crazy stuff and now we can say we "stole" one from a BCS school!

According to TV Martinson faxed in his LOI after business hours last night. Is that confirmed?

There's also some info on three players that left the program. I guess the Koehmoos kid was the only one that drew my attention. Wasn't he somewhat of a highly regarded recruit.
Would love to figure out how many from the last two recruiting classes are still around. Actually maybe I don't want to know. On the glass half full side, hopefully the kids that are left from that class are the ones that really want to be Jackrabbits.

Disappointed that Koehlmoos couldn't do the school work. He had a lot of on-the-field potential hence the 2 star rating. Just goes to show you that potential does not always equate to results.

Yes Koehmoos was a big get talent wise, but struggled in the classroom and his headed towards a JUCO, I wonder if that might be Coffeeville Kansas, as that has been in the past a farm system for future Cornhuskers who were non-qualifers.
