Though ticket sales have not been quite as brisk as Sports Authority executive director Mike Sullivan anticipated, he still expects a sellout, or something near that by Saturday.
Sullivan, who is retiring at the end of the year, won’t be around for a second visit to Sioux Falls from the Coyotes, but would like to see the event continue.
“I think the Sports Authority should move forward,” he said. “I’m not sure on the direction they’re going to want to take but ideally, I’d like to see both USD and State play a game in Sioux Falls every year.”
Good luck with that. We avg. more fans at our games then Howard Wood holds and this is the second time that SF hasn't taken advantage of having FCS football in their town.
