Wins over MN and Gonzago would be huge. I can promise you that Coach AJ will have the lady Jacks believing they can win both games. I would be far more comfortable about two wins if Macie and Boever were playing. We have more than ample backups but our depth is a concern. I can hear AJ now - don't get on the bus if you don't think we can win. Love watching the Lady Jacks play.

Well we went from receiving 12 votes to 27 votes this week, tied for 29th overall. This weeks games will really dictate if get into Top 25 or not.

Fact is someone in the top 25 has to lose and even if we win this week we will not be in, but if we continue to win and are sitting at 12-1 or 13-1 at that point we will be in solely on record alone, body of work will not matter!

I'm going to have to really disagree with you here. If we beat both Minnesota & Gonzaga...we'll be ranked next Monday. I'd put money on it!

Jacks best shot of cracking the top 25 will be after two SDSU wins on the road this week. From here on out our opponents' RPI falls fast. The dominating win over ORU was noticed, along with the Cancun results.

Jacks WBB will have a great shot of cracking the top 25 as long as they are XX-1, because we're already seeing multiple teams in the top 25 with multiple losses, and they're not even into conference play already.

This has been a super OOC slate, and the Jacks are doing well. Now, we need our opponents to start being top 25, preferrably top 10, as that will do more for the Jacks RPI than to sweep the Summit. So GO WIS, OR, UTAH, ILL, MT - win/top your conferences.

That would be nice....I'll be rolling old-school, with the AM radio on, considering there is no way to watch this thing live. UM's website doesn't have the webcast and neither does Summit.com.

My question is how has Oklahoma St. only played 5 games (and at 3-2 how are they rated).

SDSU has gained another 16 points since the last poll and is only 5 short of being rated. It's coming.

As far as Oklahoma St...good question.

And I believe you are comparing the AP and ESPN polls together. We are 26th in the Coaches' Poll and 29th in the AP poll.

I'll state again. If we best both the Gophers and the Zags we will crack the top-25!!!
