Not to mention many of our other guards seem "able" to run offenses if that need arises. Ideally you could get a combo guard and a big. It is crazy to think we have 2 spots left for this class and we have a lot of quality offers out there, a luxury this program has not been realistically afforded in a long time. Things are looking up when the program has this much success and you have many interested recruits and only a few spots to fill. Hopefully this is a reality we can expect and a trend we can continue to build upon in coming years. In regards to Lane, glad he chose SDSU and if they can tap his potential to the fullest, thats a scary 2/3 we can utilize on the offensive end!
Sign Skyler Flatten and then took for a solid big or PG/combo guard.

A PG to watch is Edina's Graham Woodward. His recruitment really heated up within the past couple months. Jacks have an offer on the table.

This kid, along with his brother, were on campus this week. At least I'm assuming as the brother looks nearly identical and they had their Edina gear on.

It's funny, because as an Augie fan, it hasn't exactly been fun seeing his recruitment heat up. I believe, if I heard correctly, the Vikes were the first school to offer him at any level, and suddenly it's like I see Ryan James tweeting on a daily basis that he has a new offer from another D1 school. It's pretty much a given that he'll be going D1, I believe, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to steal the next Nate Wolters away from the D1 level and watch him dominate in D2 for 4 years at Augie. I'll just keep my fingers crossed.

Clever. Although I'd have to say, I've never once actually been bummed about being an Augie fan.I do wish they'd've gone D1 instead of staying D2, but that's a different discussion for a different thread on a different message board. That said, well played, NoVaJack.

Reggie Lynch is a 6'8"/6'9"(seen him listed as both) shot blocker out of Edina, MN. From what I read he is a high-major defender but is unpolished on the offensive end.

                      Here's his rivals profile:

I'm pretty sure this is the Edina player that was spotted on campus last week. I saw them walking around campus with Coach Hanson and Nagy, along with another player and some family? The players were much taller than Austin and were wearing Edina gear, so I didn't think it was accurate when somebody noted that it was the point guard from Edina mentioned earlier in the thread. Maybe it was both of them...I didn't get a good look at the second player?

Just heard that Lane Severyn, who was not out for football this year, went to the Yankton/Pierre football game last Saturday and couldn't take not being on the field playing. So this past Monday he went to the coaches and asked if it was too late to go out for football and they of course said they would love to have him. I guess we'll know for sure this Friday when Pierre travels to play Aberdeen if he's in uniform.
When you put on that jersey, the name on the front is more important than the name on the back.

I wouldn't think he would be in uniform after only 4 practices.

You can't be upset with him for wanting to play with his high school teammates. Hopefully he stays healthy.

Very unpolished player, but it looks like he's still growing into his body.
