Thanks for posting this bigticket1. I especially loved his response "I visited South Dakota State. I liked it a lot."

It's important to get those early visits from potential student athletes. I really hope the Jacks get this guy.

Huisken has visited Augustana & Dordt in the past few days, Northern Iowa is today, and has upcoming visits to Drake and Kansas. His team will be playing at the Jayhawk Invitational this weekend. I haven't seen any mention of SDSU. Anyone else know?

He goes to Southwest Christian in SW Minnesota. They send a ton of average high schools players to all the Dutch christian schools in the area. But yes, you're right there is a huge difference.

Sounds like a friend of mine who took unofficial visits all over the place so he could get out of days of school. The funny thing is he never played college ball, I question whether he really ever met with coaches. Kinda off topic I know but guys take visits all over the place for different reasons. Generally the lower visits are officials while the higher ones are unofficial.

Pretty sure he met with the coaches at Dordt. This school is notorious for sending kids to Dordt to play basketball. Either way, it doesn't matter because they're NAIA. He's meeting with one of the Kansas assistants this weekend at the Jayhawk Invitational.

Have seen Huisken play and he is a nice player who would be a very good get for the Jacks. That being said,I would go into shock if Kansas is seriously interested

I agree with you there. He'll end up at a high end mid-major or low level BCS school at best. If he wants to of course.

I've never seen the kid play from reading different twitter accounts and message boards, some of people think he could "blow up". Similar to what Iverson or Reiner did. College coaches see that with players and if they have a chance to make a connection before it they will.
