That would be quite a catch and might have been more likely had NW not righted the ship and finished strong. Leaving a coordinator position at a B1G school for Big 12 is a step down.

Thanks everyone. My timeline was messed up as it was a whirlwind of activity in a few weeks. I’m cheering for Mark to do well at Iowa.

I also remember it being after because I had people ask me about Mark leaving. I stated it makes sense since everyone who recruited him to SDSU had left.

He said during the season that it would be his final one here because it was time to turn things over to Chase.
