So is the 9000 tickets an accurate number? The 8 tickets allowed per season ticket holder would give the first 1125 of the priority to purchase those tickets. Of course, the family and SDSU dignitaries would bring that number down. That would leave approximately those in the first 1000 of priority the chance to buy 8 each. Check your ticket account to see if your odds go up or down.

I was informed by the Athletic Office each school got 4500 tickets. Also confirmed we’ll be on the opposite side of the stadium from the 2021 Championship Game. The ticket allotment by the NCAA is ridiculous in my opinion. Many are going to have to hit the secondary market for tickets. If we have to we’ll drive down without tickets and see what happens.

We’re leaving Thursday morning, Huge casino on the Oklahoma/Texas border. We’re staying there Thursday night and heading to Frisco on Friday.

      See you in Texas!

Interesting...The Athletic department told me that they got 9,000

I believe the schools got 9,000; 4,500 each. What they do with those 4,500 is up to the schools. I have heard that SDSU is selling 3,000 of them. That would leave 1,500 for players families, athletic department staff, band?, students?, etc. Then what is left of those 1,500, if any, I'm sure they will sell later.

Yes, they told me wrong. It is 9,000 for both schools.

Hard saying if we are going if we don't know if we have tix.....this was a serious #$%@ up by the department, flights, hotel rooms, etc all held in holding pattern. So, now, do I purchase tix ahead of time for next year? Is it the only way?
With fans like this who needs enemas.....

If you want to know for sure, yes. That's what NDSU has done for years.

I definitely did not lose any money buying tickets in September of 2021 (VERY MUCH the opposite actually!). This year's set of 4 would also have been profitable if the Jacks lost Saturday.

Anyone know what time the parking lots will allow tailgating to start on gameday? I was there for the Spring title game, but that weekend seems to be a bit of a blur, and I can't seem to recall what time we were able to get to our tailgate spots.

Tickets will be available if you don't get your allotment. Either on the secondary market before then or in the tailgate lots before the game. Good chance they add SRO tickets again this year. If you want to go you will get a ticket. Book your flight and hotel.

Email from ticket office indicates we'll all receive "verdict" at 5pm CT today. Can't blame them for waiting until 5, as I suspect some folks will be on a tirade if they don't get tickets

                        • Lots open two hours prior to game time. All spectators are encouraged not to come before this time as traffic lineups will not be permitted. Parking lots will stay open after the game, but all vehicles must be off property by 11:30 p.m. that night.

Based on what I've heard from Bison fans in the past they are open whenever people want to arrive. Plan to get there early.

Has anyone received an email one way or the other yet? I don’t see an email confirmation yet or a refund back to the account.
