I have a feeling that people underestimate SDSU's passing attack, because the Jackrabbit run game has been so effective. Between the Jankes, the tight ends corps, Strong/Davis swinging out from the backfield, and adding in the Gronowski Factor, it seems to me that the SDSU passing game would not be a particularly welcome sight for a defensive coordinator."I think we'll be OK"

Rewatching Sam’s quarterfinal game and semi game, I think the key on defense is to get to to Schmid. I don’t know if that means we need to blitz, or just rush 3 or 4 and keep a spy, but he has the speed to move the chains on the ground and we can’t let him get out of the pocket. He also has the arm talent to pick us apart if we let him sit back there. It’s going to be very tough and I think our D Line is going to have to have their best game in years to keep him contained.
On offense, I think they key is to stay on schedule and not have negative plays. Their D plays super aggressive, so a first or second down rep is going to force us into passing and they are going to pin their ears back. If we win on first and second, we will control the pace of the game and west their d down. If we can’t get positive yardage on those two downs, o think this game could get away from us.
One thing I am curious to watch is the SHSU o line. They are huge, with several guys well over 315 lbs. I am curious to see how well they move, and how they run block. I get the feeling that they are not as dynamic as some o lines we’ve seen, but I could be wrong. This game truly comes down to which team wins on the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball.

All the clichés are in play:
- win the battle at the line of scrimmage
- win the turnover battle
- this game may come down to special teams
- time of possession will be key
- avoid stupid penalties
This should be a very entertaining football game. The best two teams in FCS in a brawl for it all!
Let's go Jacks! Time to make some history!
SUPERBUNNY
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM, BIZUN!!!

JMU and NDSU both averaged 3.2 yards per rush. If our O-line and backs are as good as we think it seems like 4.0 might be possible. That SDSU O-line vs SH D-line in the running game is what I'm most interested in seeing.
Maybe we'll lean on Davis more than Strong because of how quickly Davis finds himself 3-4 yards downfield.

Also, is anyone else starting to get concerned with the forecast for Sunday? 50% chance of thunderstorms or greater throughout most of the day. Rain is one thing, but lighting could cause a delay or postponement. I wonder if Jerry World is open on Sunday??? All joking aside, let’s hope the boys can get the game in without any interruptions.

How would you ensure fair ticket allocation, as it's highly likely at this stage that tickets purchased would be SHSU fans?

Here is a Texas sourced preview of the game. SHSU seems to be the favorite on this one.
