This week in men's games almost makes one want to look past Thursday games. Fort Wayne might throw a game at Western Illinois that shows their desire to improve on the second half of conference. We can also sympathize with the mavs playing at the Dome today. Otherwise Oakland can play angry at home against IUPUI. The attention for most will still be Saturday when the bison thunder into Brookings where the Jacks have a chance to even the records. Also, WIU will be a homecoming event for Oakland. Expect the largest crowd of the year for this matchup. The betting guys need to see what happens to this line. This an important shaping for the conference race this week involving games among the leaders.

I'm not going to predict it, but I would not be shocked if IPFW upsets WIU tonight. WIU only beat IPFW by 8 in Macomb. It would sure be nice for us if they could protect their home court tonight.

UNO/USD is on Midco tonight.

Damn, I was hoping that IPFW would send WIU into a tailspin. The good news is that we will have a chance to gain another game on either OU or WIU on Saturday. I'll be pulling for OU.

USD has their hands full with UNO at the dome. UNO is currently leading 38 - 34 with 3:00 to go in the 1st. They have lead the entire half. USD is a true enigma.

Both were close, but neither the IPFW men or UMKC women help out SDSU.

USD men are struggling with UNO (down 60-49 with 15:00). UNO responds quickly every time USD makes a big basket. If UMKC can get a win in Vermillion, UNO can.

Their are actually a few students at the usd game. Usd looks to stand around a lot and just not looking good. If they tried as hard as they do to beat us they would be a good team. Ohama giving more hustle it seems.
