KC lost to Kansas St. a couple of days ago 52-44.

UNO hosts UMKC tonight. Kinda weird UMKC will play 3 conference games this week - one on the road and two at home.

Omaha grabbed a 22 point halftime lead and are taking the Roos by 16 with two minutes to go. Impressed with the World Herald's coverage, probably an add on to hockey coverage. SIUE doesn't exist in the St. Louis media.

The book says that Western scored 12 points in first half and Savannah scored 12 points in the second half.

This was a rematch between WIU and SAV. They played in November and Savannah won 39-38! Those two teams should not be allowed on the same court, ever.

WIU now has an 8-game winning streak. Looking at their schedule, it is probably safe to assume the streak will be stretched to 11 when SDSU comes to town on January 17. That will be a tough game.

NDSU or USD? Can they BOTH lose tonight? I guess it is best if USD wins, but the thought of that also turns my stomach.

That goofy dome makes a winner hard to predict. I don't think you can count on NDSU's shooters getting hot from the outside like they did in the first half against us. Gruis and Bjorklund will have quite a battle underneath.
