Hard not to get excited about this kid becoming a Jackrabbit. A work ethic like that will not only help him succeed at the DI level, but rub off on his teammates as well.

The seasoned ones on this thread might remember Steve Brown, who played for the Jacks in the mid-70s. That kid and his brothers played basketball constantly; he shot hundreds of shots a day, every day, it seemed.

Lived in Clark and was coached by Steve's brother John, who was also a Jack. During summer open gyms John would put on a show with his passes. When Steve would show up he would shoot the lights. Both were in their 40's or 50's at the time but you could still see the love of the game and unbelievable talent. John's son Derek is starting at USF now.

Some Video on Clark-Willow lake & Skyler Flaaten.

Looks like Dale Moss with a better jump shot - no offense to Dale.

A fellow from Clark says he has the really nice 3 pt jump shot as well.

Anders Broman had 55 in season opener last night. 43 at the half. 9/10 on 3's. Must have a brother on the team also.

                  9-for-10 on 3-point shots. That's not bad....

Pierre and Clark/Willow Lake have games later this week. It will be fun to keep track of all these recruits.

Do we start queueing up all the "Bromance" jokes now and get them out of our systems?

A lot of SDSU fans will be looking for a new man crush next year after Nate graduates. Maybe there is Bromance in the air.

Couldn't even get a triple-double? Is it too late to yank his scholarship?

Seriously, at what level of competition is this occurring? Anyone?

From what I understand, it's not that high...but, go to youtube and watch his videos (there are several). I don't think there is any question he can play...will it translate over to the D1 level?...we'll soon find out.
