Took over 25 spot from Xavier. That was a tough one!
Tough indeed, have been voting steady for over two hours and couldn't budge it...but obviously got some help...thanks NWHSU and any others who may have been on line. Assume we will get some more help later today after work hours...maybe we can move up on the heels of IPFW (although it seems that UC - Greensboro has an active voting group. That's our target #24!!!)
Would it be in bad taste to ask everyone to get their smartphones at halftime of the next game and go through the voting step-by-step. They could make it a challenge to see how much they could affect the % counter or something. It would add votes and help make people aware of the contest.
One hand points to campus...the other to the liquor store.
I think we should try and "vote bomb" this thing to see how much it is going to take to actually move up some more. For example, set a time where everyone can start voting and see what kind of damage we can do, like from 9:00-9:30 PM. That might give us a better indicator to know if this is even feasible.
Not sure if we can arrange similar times for everybody...but I do know if all of the 17 posters who have indicated they are in on this post, spend just a little time tonight, we can move up at least one and maybe several spots. We have been the 3rd highest point posters the last few days (obviously behind Arkansas State and NDSU), which means we are moving up on everybody. I've got more time than you folks, so I've spent at least four hours postiing today (which means if 17 guys do 15 minutes worth, they would equal my four hours. I'm off now, but will be back posting from 7:45 until 9 p.m. Remember, we want to get in the top 16 and then go up as far as we can, but our goal is to be at least at 16. SDSU gets $10,000 if we make the second round of 16. The second round starts out at zero for all teams, so it is up for grabs, and doesn't matter how far we were behind to start with, if we get and stay at #16 or higher. Have at it...and thanks to all of you!!!
Hey I'm new here, but have been voting for a few hours each of the last few days. IPFW was just passed by UNC Greensboro not long ago. We should be able to get them quick!
"Macy Miller could play for anybody in the country. She's an all-league guard in the SEC. And South Dakota State, there's no doubt they could play in our league. They wouldn't finish in the bottom half either." --Jimmy Dykes

We are now in a dead period, so don't get discouraged if you don't see daily percentage go up. It will stay the same until 11pm. Votes WILL count during this period.
