I don't think I really gloated at all, but you can read it however you want. I understand you are still bitter about the home and home, but get over it. You are going to have your chance to beat us, I don't think you will..but you have a great football team, and I am pretty excited to see you guys play.

It's not just the home and home.

        As Shakespeare wrote:

O it is excellent / To have a giant's strength, but it is tyrannous / To use it like a giant.
        (Measure for Measure)

SDSU's institutional philosophy is very different from Montana's.

To clarify it was not a home/home. It was two in Missoula and then one in Brookings. We played the two in Montana and the rest is history.

I think it might be a manner of, U of M is one of the only FCS teams big enough and successful enough to get away with it....I think, but I maybe wrong, that the home and home was canceled with you guys so we could play one of the FBS (Oklahoma I think) teams everyone gives us a hard time about not playing.

As I said, it's not just the home and home.

It's the institutional philosophy of which the reneged trip is only a part.

As I said, Montana is a standing joke in the SDSU athletic department. Of the variety of scheduling situations that have come up over the years, the Montana incident stands apart. Only Montana has become a punchline, a proverbial equivalent to "when Hell freezes over" in the SDSU athletic department.

And that's not strictly because Montana reneged on the deal.

If you believe in football karma Jacks win on Saturday. And stick it to them doing it.

For Christ sakes zooropa let it the f@ck go. What a whiny, bitchy baby. Did we really lose out on anything by Montana not coming back to Brookings? The best revenge would be to beat the No.1 seed on their field in the playoffs.

                  GrizMonster,

If you can dodge attacks from a very bitter zooropa, tell me a little about your team. I haven't been following nor really caring what has happened in the Big Sky since we got into the Valley.

Pro style offense? Personnel? Who should we watch out for? Defense any good?

No, you dropped SDSU to play a 7th home game. It was pretty classless at the time, I hope the Jacks stomp the Griz in round one. Not really because of that though, but more because I want to see the MVFC succeed.

Whatever, dude. As I said. It's not about the reneged contract. It's about the conduct of the program. Frankly, I'm holding back from what I'd like to say about the program.

Well it would be nice to have more film on them playing against us. I really don't understand how you can take the Girlz position on this matter either.

I just hope the team takes out it's aggression out on the Girlz.

How about this: I'll PM you with all my posts and you can let me know if you approve of them before I post them to the board in general.

Because the last thing in the world that I want is negative rep points from you.

Just checking IP addresses to make sure LakesBison didn't sneak on the board.

I probably share some of the same biases about Montana expressed by zooropa but I'm trying to keep those to myself. But let's all keep in mind that if you want to smack, please visit the very convenient, free-of-charge smack section which is open 24 hours a day.
