I think that is a reason to believe that we have the possibility of having a dominant defense this year.

Please tell me BHS doesn't play there on Friday night because there's a better chance of rain tomorrow. Don't need any field debacles to open the year.

JumpTV is using Microsoft's Silverlight plugin, same thing that Netflix uses. And it seems to work pretty well for me (watched GSU's coaches show on it). Of course that's assuming JumpTV's servers aren't overwhelmed on Saturday as they often have been in the past.

One year on, and let's hope they've scaled up their systems to handle the load.

Please no rain until Sunday morning. My garden is dry but I want to see a hard fought football game.

Boy does this really stink: just found out that my daughters soccer schedule was sent out with incorrect times; instead of 3:00 Saturday afternoon they will be at 5:45. I guess that means no night games for me until NDSU.

I think silverlight is the same thing cbs used for NCAA tournament games last year (not that I would have been watching at work or anything like that), so hopefully it is more reliable. Keeping my fingers crossed.

That does stink 1st Row. I feel for you. I am contemplating getting in the car in a bit and making my way up there, but I am having a hard time justifying it. I still may do it, we will see.

Still at the mercy of JumpTV servers, no matter what plugin architecture they use. Silverlight does seem to work nicely for Netflix, with their kabillion servers and limitless bandwidth. We'll see about JumpTV.

I drove 15 hours to and back from Lubbock, TX and stayed 4 nights in the same hotel room with my mother and father-in-law and my 7 year old daughter to see the Jackrabbits play. You need to suck it up and be at CAS tomorrow.
