Some pretty good players on this list:

      http://www.ksfypigskinpreview.com/PTPers.html

Lot of discussion about the Farniok brothers Tom at 6'4 255 a senior and his little brother Derek 6'9 300 and a junior. These guys are probably out of reach. Austin Sumner has to be the next most heralded senior after Tom Farniok.

According to the KSFY pigskin preview, it stated he (Robbie Jelsma) was planning on playing at USD.

Nice article and video about Austin Sumner on Keloland last night.

            http://www.keloland.com/sports/NewsD...3.cfm?Id=88953

He mentions his four finalists as SDSU, NDSU, Wisconsin, and Iowa State.

I believe Austin has a couple of friends from Brandon on the team. Let's hope they help recruit him!

                Re: 2010 Recruiting Class

Here is a potential lineman from central Nebraska - Pete Trausch. He is a 6'4", 290 lb lineman from Minden, NE. This school is not a football powerhouse, but he does face some tough competition on a regular basis.

Pete Trausch is a big boy.
"I was the biggest one in the whole high school in eighth grade. It's fun," Trausch said with pride.
And his big-time skills have Division I football programs taking notice.......Division II powerhouse Northwest Missouri State, along with South Dakota State, are recruiting Trausch as a defensive player.
But it's on offense where the big-name schools come into play.
Nebraska, Kansas, Kansas State and Iowa State are all talking with Trausch about joining their programs as an offensive lineman.

I was surprised to see the level of interest in this young man. I officiate high school ball and he was a very slow moving mountain when we did a game his sophomore year. However, you can't teach BIG.

Austin Kaczor would be an outstanding get. You can see by the other schools that are recruiting him that many top programs see the potential too. His older brother Brett, was the QB for Ewing last year and they dominated most teams in garnering another championship. Brett was also the MVP of the Nebraska 8-man all star game this summer. Our crew officiated the game and he exhibited great vision and outstanding footwork. I could not believe how he could make so many elite players look like JV players while trying to tackle him. From everything I have heard, Austin is the same type of athlete in a much bigger frame.

Brad Tunge from Marion/Hurley looks to be on the Jacks radar. His goal this season 3,000 yards!

Well I have been snooping around the rivals site and found some recruits that list SDSU as having medium interest, whatever that means. Some of these recruits could very well have committed elsewhere for all I know, but here is what I have found.
