It was reported by Terry V. in one of his blogs. Jordan Thomas is on track to graduate this May.

Jacks get another California kid. From the OCVarsity Blog (Orange County Register - CA):

Dana Hills tight end/linebacker/defensive end Matthew Romano (6-4, 225), who had committed to Humboldt State, is now headed to FCS South Dakota State, Dolphins assistant coach Phillip Skinner reports.

At South Dakota State, Romano will be reunited with former teammate Trent Mason

        SloStang,
Can you comment on any of the California kids that we have verbals from:

Romano, that you linked to above

Kyle Paris, RB, Aliso Niguel HS

Connor Landberg, WR, Laguna Hills, CA

Any additional insight on any of them?

I do not have any insight on the above players other than they play in an area that has some of the best football in the state. The numbers they put up were against some really good competition.

Thanks, UWM. That must make Kline the No. 2 QB.

Noticed that Starr is looking to come back. Since he transferred to a JUCO and than transferred back can he recieve a scholly again or since he transferred to the same school as before can he not get a scholly?

If eligible, he can get a scholarship again... Shonn Greene did the same at Iowa a few years ago..

Downfield action in a couple of this clips was reminiscent of "The Blind Side." On that point, why isn't this kid playing LT with that size and mobility? QB was right handed.

We're down to two days until signing day,and the Jacks are down to a couple of spots left to fill . If you could pick one of the players that have offers to top off the class, who would it be ? Mine would be Sam Lee,the 6'5 300 lb OL from Blue Earth,MN. Holds a preferred walk-on offer from the Gophers. Combine him with the other OL who have commited and we would have a group who could dominate the line of scrimmage.
