Yes, she was my guess when we got a commit earlier this spring that turned out to be Abby Hoselton. The top of my wish list is Hadley Thul. I think someone reported on here that she was headed to Northwestern, but I don't see that on her twitter anywhere and I believe they recently had a coaching change?

Looks like I got my wish. She looks like Vasecka 2.0

Held offers from Wisconsin, Northwestern, Marquette

        • Wow! Another big one. Big Ten offers and ranked in the top 5 for Minnesota’s class of 2025. Also plays on North Tartan with Hoselton so that’ll help with chemistry. The future just looks brighter every year!

Her Hudl highlights are impressive: smooth, agile, handles, and 6'2 - AJ keeps building road grader rosters.

            • Great get as another talented, tall and versatile player. Not sure we still have another scholarship for the 2025 class, but would be nice to get McKenna Johnson of Mandan, ND. Another 6'2 forward who holds offers from SDSU, NDSU, Purdue Ft Wayne and others. She has had an offer from SDSU since July 2022 that may not still be out there.

Looks like she also played with Thul and Hoselton on North Tartan last summer.

                • I have Vlastuin, Paige Meyer, Byom and Theisen having 2024-2025 season as their last year of eligibility. But maybe not. I see Theisen played 14 games her first season and then was injured. Not sure if that is a factor or even if she would/could stay an extra year. At one time the Jack’s offered Libby Fandel from Cedar Rapids, Iowa also, 5-11”…not sure her actual position(s) on her team!

                  • If you don't live too far from Marshall, Hadley will be playing there on November 22. I'm super stoked about this signing.

                      • I would be fine if Trishelle would turn out to be the next Alexis Alexander, memories from the past. Lexi mentioned the Arkansas game at their place, I was so disappointed I didn't watch the end, was flabbergasted we won that game, so were the home team announcers, we were down 9 points with 27 seconds left, we hit some 3's, got a crucial steal, had enough TO's we didn't hardly let the clock run at all, anyway China Stevens hit a three in the last seconds to tie the game. The game went to OT and we pretty much controlled the game after that and won by 4-6 pts or so I think. That was our best comeback game ever that I can remember. The only other one that was even close was the very controversial Minn win when they went ahead with like four seconds left , they had no call TO and get the ball at 1/2 court rule then, Maria Boever got the ball under the basket and Barely got it off,it was reviewed quite awhile, and the decision that Minn won was reversed and we won when they said there was still time on the clock when it left her fingertips. And, the Div 2 NCAA SEMI-FINAL ON A LAST SECOND SHOT, and then we went on to win our DIV-2 National Title against N. Kentucky, now Div 1 also.

Does Koupal hold a DUKE offer ? Duke at SDSU on 11/17 might have additional meaning.

(The 2024-2025 NCAA Division I (D1) women's basketball National Letter of Intent (NLI) signing periods are November 13-to-20, 2024 for the early signing period and April 16-to-May 21, 2025 for the regular signing period.)

Big game close to the National Signing Day, altho Koupal can wait til she is ready. (Will Geno be in the house?)

Even if she does, I doubt she goes to Duke. I'd rather her go to Iowa than play for Amy Williams!
