What a matchup. You won't find a more entertaining WBB game.

We're going to have to do the little things (like hit FT Boever!) to get the win. So far pretty good.

I think I can confidently say we are better than a 12 seed.

We are plenty close to the rim for rebounds,not too many caroms come off the rim that far under the rim,a lot of times with our back to the rim,have to turn around and keep your body between the defender and the rim,have to go out and get the defender to block out......but hey,we're playing well 39-37 bad guys

Miami was killing us with comfortable shots off the high screen when we played man to man. Zone helped that but then we gave up a bunch of offensive rebounds. Grrr.
It will be interesting to see what AJ dials up defensively in the 2nd half.

Two things that will hurt us as the game goes on - Miami's pressure defense and our lack of depth at the 4 and 5 - Ober is going to wear down from playing big minutes. We could use a player like Wade in this game.

I'm with the guy who posted yesterday concerning our black uniforms for the men's game. It's nice to see our ladies wearing our school colors. The blue uniforms are sharp.

Look for Miami to get more aggressive when they get more than 6 or so behind....a small lead can be a springboard,or false security which changes the way you were playing to get the lead,the longer you keep it maintained however the better......we are doing just fine maintaining

Had a little trouble with their press towards the end but overall great. Need to be strong with the ball the last 10.
