Agreed. Two years ago, we had little to no television coverage. Midco Sports Network is a good thing, but it will take them time to build up assets and fine tune their programming.

And those shows aired when (you guessed it) we were D2!

No NAIA as was the entire NCC. We are talking 1930's and 1940's. The NCC did not move up to NCAA College Divison until 1957. D2 started in 1973. If you have Sirus radio, Channel 82 has radio classics, where Fibber McGee and Lem and Abner are aired. So no need to roll back to D2 to hear the classics.

I'm very miffed that Jackrabbit Extra doesn't have ALL Summit League games video, even when it's just the opponents student TV and announcers (WIU, looking at you!) I believe that GoJacks makes all the FROST games available to the opponents' video feeds, why is there no reprocity?

And USD??? Why in the f**k should they not share their video feed with their sister State of SD supported school? Amazing!

The Yotes are the only real challenger who could manage to bypass the Jacks for the regular season title, and they'll need to get help beyond tomorrow's game to get there. A Jacks win would put the Jacks 2 games up on the competition, and a virtual lock for the regular season title. Unfortunately, USD does have a good enough team to possible beat the Jacks if the Jacks play another IUPUI quality game. Play like they did vs Nebraska, or Georgetown, and no team in the Summit can touch the Jacks. Hope the IUPUI loss puts the burners under the ladies' feet, and keeps the bricks from falling short.

dont know what happened but in the last few years video links to all, well just about all, the Summit games were available with the home town crew audio or no audio at all. seems like this year that has not happened. also for a price you could subscribe to SummitTV at the Summit site but that has gone away also. is this because of mirror scheduling or what? Neulion trying to get more out of us making us buy a month on the other schools websites for two games? the Jacks and USD are both a part of Learfield Sports so you would think compatible systems or does it come down to money again and getting more of it out of our pockets into theirs.

Would it be in the realm of reality for sponsors to be rounded up for the SDPTV to be enlisted the same as the high school games are carried on TV? The mirror schedule would create some problems for both men and women to be carried every game, but the Learfield people are taking the easy money with the service that shows on the radio games. They have not provided the equipment to be reliable at that level vs. the online video poetion as well.

                    Re: USD

I swore to stay out of that building after the past few trips, but it looks like I'll be enjoying the view from high up in the echo-y Dakota Dome tomorrow night. First I talked my wife into dinner at a Vermillion restaurant. Once she agreed to that I mentioned that we could stop by the dome to watch "just a little" basketball on the way home. Mission accomplished. Now if the Jacks can just take care of their business and get a win!

It is one of the few perks of living close to Vermillion. catching a game with the Jacks involved.

Not sure, but I can tell you that Annie Spaulding - Alumni Relations Director and Kayla Bessler - Staff Assistant from the Alumni Association staff will be there.

Several of the Yankton group will be at Pro's beginning at 5 pm. Owner is a SDSU grad and great guy. Make sure you stop by if you have time. I won't be able to be there but have gone multiple times in the past, its a great spot right by the dome.

I will be with the group huddled around the radio. I should have looked for passenger(s) earlier. It would have been much better live. I can listen for the Jackrabbit contigent. Go Jacks!!
