Even Macie had her faults. I have always said the best PG in the AJ era has been Heather Sieler (sp?).

But I agree...this team really needs a real #1 instead of a group of #2/3s

Earlier today we were talking about other women's teams having a low shooting percentage in the dome. After watching this game the building may have a little to do with it, but USD's interior defense is a lot better that I remember.

That's what amazes me. I've never seen a team miss so many from inside 3 ft. Every. Game.

Couple that with missed FT and a team just can't make up for it. It has to be frustrating for the entire team to see the easy points missed. It really puts the pressure on the 3 point shot and that is a dangerous thing to rely on..

This is a good USD team so everyone should have expected a battle. We won't win shooting the way we did. Too many turnovers. It'll be interesting to see the final stats...there they are: 14 Jackrabbit turnovers, USD had 6.
