Nagy needs to get some talent. For those who haven't realized it yet, we are a bad team with a bad future. Don't blame the players all the time. Someone has to put enough talent together . That ain't happening.

Why is Coach Fife of IPFW saying that Coach Nagy is the best coach in the Summit?

Apparently, Nagy has done something right or this coach would not be saying this. Yeah we got blown out, but who hasn't? We still have ball to play yet.

We are now 4-11 against Div I teams. Two of those are transitional teams and one maybe drop to Div III. I agree with the person who said this loss is as bad as the Iowa State one was good.

I hope the Nagy fans are happy.

This next week will tell the tale of the season for this team. If they can bounce back and play to their ability, they can get two wins at home and be back at .500 in the league. If they play like this... well I don't want to think about that.

Two things I can guarantee all the Nagy-haters on this thread:

1. The two Summit coaches that have praised Coach Nagy this week know more about basketball than any of us do.
2. Coach Nagy is not going anywhere.

So all the screaming and chest-pounding in the world isn't going to change #2. Do you seriously think that any decisions about coaches will be made now? It'll be up to the new AD, and I also can guarantee that the new person isn't going to make any snap decisions. A new AD isn't going to fire a 14-year coach as his or her first decision. It's just not going to happen. Period. Coach Nagy will have this year and next at least to get his team moving in the right direction.

I guess what I'm saying is that if this is going to be another Nagy-bashing thread, well, then, I like pie.

Check again, I congratulated the guys on a GREAT effort. How can ANYONE think this is an improvement over the past four years? This will be our FIFTH terrible year in a row with no signs of improvement!!

Yes the two fall signees will be good players but I doubt will contribute much as freshmen. Then we lose Kai, and Garrett and AC and have to start over AGAIN. When will the AD grow some and make the decision that he needs too!!
