Apparently there will no longer be a press conference to introduce Coach Petersen today. Instead there will be one on one media availability with Petersen and Justin Sell.

This just feels like a tough uphill climb. You need all your staff on board right now recruiting and working through the portal and we don't even have staff to begin with. Hopefully Petersen can add people quickly.Comment

what about Mike Schott. he must be a pretty solid assistant. He has stayed with Margenthaler for a long time at MSU Mankato

might be a real stroke of fortune for Hendo that the fans went through the Jimmy scenario a few months ago or I think there would be a lot more negativity flowing in his direction. personally, i have made it clear that I hate the decisions he is making but i appreciate his time here and wish him the best
that said, I am not sure that what he has done is not dirtier than the FB situation. Jimmy took all the coaches. Hendo leaves someone he cares about (from all that we know. and that would seem more than accurate with all we know about Hendo) to continue on at the program he has professed a lot of love for. he leaves him there to carry on and build on the great traditions. he sends a public message wishing him well. but he takes most of the coaching staff. he takes the starting FRESHMAN PG and 2/3 of the incoming recruit class. that would be %25 of the current roster and we will see what happens with Hadnot
