This. Everyone let your balls fall back down and cheer for SDSU. The team is going in expecting to win.

Jacks can do this, there is no doubt about that. Pulling for the Buffs to upset UNLV in the other half of the bracket as well. Xavier over Duke and Jacks are looking at an Elite 8 spot. ORU stomped Xavier (I am aware of the suspensions).

Yes!! Finally. I have SDSU going to Sweet 16. Why? Because I think they can beat Baylor. I state before the selection show I was picking the Jacks no matter who it was. Mizzou, Baylor, Indiana doesn't matter. I would rather lose my bracket than pick against the Jacks in their first ever NCAA tourney. I do believe they will win and the players think the same way so we as fans should as well

Wanting to make you work a little bit. In your opinion what teams would pose a better match-up at the 3 or 4 seed? Not challenging you just looking for your opinion. I think there are several other teams that would be more difficult for the Jacks to match-up with.

My guess at the likely outcome does not stop me from cheering for the Jacks in the least, and I'm guessing that others feel the same way.

I think Michigan would have been an ideal match-up.

At least the question can be brought up. But to say its a known that the program is dirty prolly is a little too far.
Perry turned down the NBA to play at Baylor. Yes, all signs point to bringing up questions because a college player might stay in college rather than PLAYING IN THE NBA FOR MILLIONS.

And calling Baylor dirty AFTER 2003? Holy hell man, our program got gutted. Scott Drew, the nice guy of Valpo was going to come here and start cheating? Sheesh. Lot of stupid here, sorry to litter your board with my rant guys.

Is this stupidity typical for your forum? I've been nice the few times I've posted, but this, this is just stupidity.

Right or wrong, the perception across most of America is that big time college athletics are dirty (whatevery that means). If you don't believe that, you have been spending too much time in the BaylorFans echo chamber. I wouldn't bet on any top 25 team's "cleanliness" in football or basketball. SEC, Big 10, Big 12, Pac 12, Big East, all of the major conferences have had teams with pretty major violations.

Baylor is part of big time college athletics, so in some people's mind its guilt by association. Throw in some pretty interesting happenings in the last decade at YOUR school, and it isn't that far of a stretch for people to make off hand comments.

It's an internet fan forum site. Stupidity is rampant. We all say stupid crap one time or another on here. We all get in stupid fights at one time or another around here. I see the same things on your board as well. of course you are going to rise up if someone says your program is dirty. It's an ongoing national debate: Are there any programs that can truly follow every stupid little rule the NCAA puts out there? No. I'm sure SDSU has broken a rule or two in its day.
I think it just shows passion of the fanbases. When you get really passionate sometimes logic goes out the window, then the stupidity flows like.......

With fans like this who needs enemas.....

Guys, we have a "smack" section. I strongly suggest the allegations about a crooked program are out of bounds in the Jackrabbit Men's Basketball section. No one has ever come up with any shred of evidence of problems in the program since Coach Drew took over. As a result, we have one of those "did too," "did not" "did too" "did not" things going on.

Back to decaf for some of you.

I would much rather play #4 Indiana, especially after their point guard blew his knee out over the week-end.

Honestly I would rather go up against PJIII than Cody Zeller because PJIII is hit or miss. I hope I don't end up eating my words though.

I agree with this. Indiana is average away from Assembly Hall. Baylor is an incredibly tough matchup. I'd rather play any of the other 3 seeds.

As one might imagine, I watch a ton of Big 12 basketball. We have to play physical from the get-go. Baylor has the tendency to shy away from physical play. If we play physical and can hit some shots to start the game, our chances improve dramatically.

I would think they play man from the start as well. They'd be out of their minds to play their soft zone against us.
