I don't understand how Wolters is struggling so much from 3 this year. He shot like 40% last year.

They'll probably have to get it out of it soon as we seemed to figure it out there at the end, but it really stymied the Jacks offense for a good period of time.

I'm generally anti-zone defense, but it has it uses. Such as, switching to it against an offense in a good rhythem against man-to-man, which it did for a while to the Jacks.

Many of his threes seem like he is forcing too much, as opposed to last year. Probably not the only reason, but I do think it has something to do with it.

Since Nate hurt his foot, the coaches have been sitting on him, keeping him from spending as much time practicing. That could have a little to do with it. I know we need him for a lot more than his 3-point shooting (although it certainly would help him on setting up his drives), so will settle for his great assists and scoring inside.

Oakland used up their weekend's allotment of luck against us on Thursday, I think. It can't be a whole lot of fun this year to face the Bison and the Jacks back to back, in whichever order you get those two teams.

63-31 SDSU . . . I don't think the Dons want to see any more Jackrabbits this year.
