The first time I was made aware of the change was on June 25 when the press release about Single Game ticket sales went out and it was posted on Go Jacks.com It seemed like a smart move to me, of course it didn't effect me as I am a season ticket holder.

Single-game tickets for the South Dakota State University football team’s six home games will go on sale July 1.
After winning the Great West Football Conference title last season, 2008 marks the Jackrabbits’ inaugural year in the Missouri Valley Football Conference. SDSU will open the home schedule Sept. 6 against league foe Youngstown State (Ohio) in the 13th Annual Cereal Bowl. The next week, on Sept. 13, the Jackrabbits will take on another conference opponent, Western Illinois, in the 42nd Annual Beef Bowl. The September home games are both 6 p.m. kickoffs. . . .
With the exception of temporary bleachers in the end zones, all seating this season at Coughlin-Alumni Stadium will be reserved. Single-game prices are $16 for reserved seats and $12 for adult general admission seats. General admission tickets for children in kindergarten through 12th grade remain $5. . . (read more)
