Re. review -- The issue here is that Midco doesn't have adequate camera angles to offer valid review. If they can have sufficient cameras in Brookings, they should have them in Grand Forks

just pointing out that maybe there is beginning to be a conversation about TOO MUCH replay
and these refs today are not going to do anything to change anyone mind about that
