Wilde to Northwestern. Didn't see that coming. Have to think that the chance Gronowski ending up in Evanston increases as well, assuming NW finds a NIL bag.

I'm hoping you mean Jake Steffen, because I'm definitely not an insider. I've just been following the 247 WSU and JI postings mostly.

I lack the Twitter access y'all have, unless someone includes the direct Twitter link

Not sure what to make of Tak Tateoka. Does it seem likely he goes to Washington State as a QB from the Pioneer League?
Tak hasn't said what he's doing. I think he still shows commitment to SDSU on his Twitter page but he duly noted Jimmy's departure tweet. It was always an interesting pickup. Was the old staff expecting a departure? John Bell will be done after the 25 season. Chase too although I think one of the SDSU media types indicated he could probably get another year due to medical. Are the young guys showing little promise?

the offense was not nearly the same last year and it is not like any of the RB was set up as the next great RB, so why follow those coaches? it was always obvious that we would hire someone who would maintain our foundational values and that means a commitment to running the ball at a school that has produced multiple noteworthy RBs

There's not a lot of depth or experience returning to Pullman. But there's only one ball, even in a run heavy offense. Who knows what Fruend runs for an offense but if it's like SDSU football over the last x years, RB1 and RB2 get lots of carries. RB 3 gets carries in garbage time. One of these guys is RB 3 in Pullman.

Is the assumption that F TE Beau Baker, our big TE get from Kentucky, is going to Pullman?

    First sentence - Huh?

Second - does it matter? I would assume when players are being recruited, the recruitment isn't just the player but player's family as well.

There was dialogue between Kyle @ splitten hares and someone purporting to be Tucker's mom, initiated by Tucker's mom, this early today. Tucker's mom was very appreciative of Kyle's commentary on considerations for players and indicated that a lot of what Kyle has been preaching are things that she, as a player's mother, hadn't considered and helps her understand what might be going through Tucker's head. She also said that she never thought that they'd be going through this (read: Tucker would not have considered leaving had the coaching staff not left - hopefully he can appreciate the dichotomy in loyalty).

He's following App State recruiter, Iowa GM/Chief of Staff, Iowa State AD for Football Player Personnel.
Don't see much as far as Washington State but those follows/followers may no longer be visible. I see following him are: Akron recruiter, WIU, Iowa recruiting (any chance Sean Bock is just Adam's brother?), ULM (Sun Belt),UTM.
    WIU ?

I think that Bock is originally from closer to Gronowski Country (in Western Springs, IL) than Solon, IA

I'm wondering if one of the LBs will be shifted to a Stalbird/Snyder hybrid safety/LB

Feels like the coaches that have left are looking out for themselves and not the players. If all three RB's end up at WSU, someone is going to be left in out of the rotation, considering there are probably guys from WSU staying as well. So then at the end of spring who ends up back in the portal?

I wish the players the best, just wish the coaching were considering what's best for the players and not what will help them in the short term.
