It will be interesting to see if he has loyalty to Eck or to Jackson. Waiting to decommit until after Dan got the job here gives some hope.

Wasn’t a super highly touted recruit, but we have to offset some of our incoming class loses and get guys into our development program!

I assume that JI has pretty good intel. A notable change tonight, for what it is worth, is that Woods has been moved from the "Out/Unknown (destination)" list to the "TBD" list (where Tucker Large also resides). The "Out" list is for guys who JI believes are leaving, with lists for those going to Wazzu, guys going elsewhere and "unknown". The TBD list is a list of guys, some of whom are in the portal and some who are not, who apparently JI has not ruled out returning and in fact a number of "TBD" guys have recommitted. Call me an optimist.

Mason might be doing some recruiting of his own having recently shared follows with Holy Cross RB Jordan Fuller (twitter) (HC page) with 1 year eligibility. Fuller has over 2k rushing yards in 4 seasons, including a 1k one two years ago. Fuller also is following the JFPA page

They had an item about a colossal number of recruits that I've mentioned in earlier posts (in case you're wondering this was a different columnist exercising adjectivial brilliance).

Not much detail, but the comments have thread drift rivaling my SDSU ice cream mentions (with those crazy Cougs discussing rockers and edibles when wishing Wilde was headed there)

For example, our kicker recruit Lounsbury was on a list that a WSU account posted on X early in the week. But hard to see WSU being an option after getting Stevens, who has 3 or 4 years left.
