Disagree. Men sucked worse at IPFW. WAY worse. Women will still go to the NCAA tournament, I think.

Men probably won't make the conference tournament, if IPFW is any indication.

I'm with Filbert, this one looks to to pull out game. Rotert called for an almost offensive foul.

1:07 left Jacks down by 14.

Rotert and Cornemann a combined 3-19 shooting.

I think we simply dug to big of a hole this time against a pretty good team on their home floor. Nice come back effort but a combination of not shooting well and getting out rebounded by a smaller team. Even Tyler is not sounding to optimistic. You can hear in the back the chant "over rated" by OU fans.

Damn this one hurts. I've been afraid of this game for sometime. I guess if your going to lose and recover - lose early in the conference.

Hang your heads high Ladies and start a new streak.

Final 67 - 51 as the Jacks fall.

            Well, poo. 67-51, final.

I'm going to go find something alcoholic and drink it.

Get 'em in Brookings and Sioux Falls, if necessary. Mama said there'd be days like this.

Bad night. They'll shake it off. Maybe this will cure them of the slow starts. The Top 25 is nice, but really, it's not what matters. Win most of the rest (or all) and win the conference tourney. Those early quality wins are still quality wins.

67-51 OU wins. I was afraid of this game because winning on the opponents' home court is tough, and the Griz do just about as well protecting their court as Jacks do at Frost.

14-2 this early in the season...who would of thought it. Rankings don't win games. This just might be a good thing in disguise? Put this one in the closet regroup and rip the hell out of the rest of the conference. I'm still damn proud of you girls.

Late game fade worrying more than simply dropping the game. Realize it's partly fouling.

according to stats on gametracker we were 8-23 on threes and 12-38 inside it... not going to win against good teams with that kind of shooting. Oakland made 15 free throws, we made 3. We were outrebounded by 12.

We missed how many shots from close in between five minutes left and two minutes left? Four, five?

Upsets happen during a long season. When you are on the road you have to come out and play with a much higher level on intensity. This team has started slow time and time again. Fortunately, the most severe of the slow starts were on our home court. Tonight our women didn't come out with any sense of the need to start fast against a decent Oakland team and we lost because of it.

Its not the post-season and of course we will survive but the women dropped the ball in a huge way tonight. No one to blame but themselves. Lets get things back on track. Not sure if all the talk about the top 25 resulted in some patting themselves on the back thoughts or not. Those are long gone now.

I agree with Griz, I don't like that they ended the game on 16 - 2 run, and our 2 were at the very end of the game. From 51 - 49 to 67 - 51 at crunch time really hurts. Give Oakland credit, they put it to us at the start and made them when they needed to.
