Just a side note…I don’t think this has been posted anywhere else…the Yotes did kick Ole Miss big time today. Sjerven was close-lined and knocked around and she didn’t really complain. I started to cheer for her!!! Then I thought…I’ve never come close to doing that…do I need psychological therapy!!!! Naw…just actually rooting for the other team from SD that beat the Jacks.

No doubt, I watched quite a bit of the game and woof, Ole Miss isn’t good. But I had to laugh when the swearing flop queen was jawing then ref about a loose ball up 15 or so with under a minute to play. I wonder if she used her favorite line, “that’s BS”!

I was curious if there was a 'win share' and read that the women's tournament lost $2.8 million in '18-'19.

maybe they'll get an extra Quadrant 1 team on next year's schedule instead of Bradley or Valpo. on a related note, our OOC schedule is ranked as being in the top 10 - 7th according to the RPI team sheet, and 9th according to the NET team sheet

Ha...I used "cheer" in jest of course. They finally won a game in the NCAA's...now they can go home!!! Ole Miss 6-5" center used the "That's BS" twice that I saw. She must have picked it up from Sjerven!! At any rate, next year hope for good battles with the Yotes...but Jacks turn for the NCAA!!!

Next round may be a beatable Michigan team. They may go even farther. Their other starters played well but Sjerven has simply carried them these last few games. Have to imagine a giant program will be knocking on Dawn’s door after this.

So used in two tourney games has scored 136. Outside of the big 3 the other two starters have scored 35, and their bench 9. I realize the bench gets shortened, but woof. Reality check coming next year.

After the K. Mulkey mess vs. Baylor in '08 it is good to see USD taking Baylor down. The NCAA women's tourney is worse than the mens in regards to "established" programs and needs some perspective adjustments. Too bad it wasn't the Jacks doing it this year. And, really WNIT for the Jacks? SMH.

I, for one, was glad to see USD went in there and stomped Baylor. Good for them!
