The ESPN3 Replay showed the Wichita St. player throw a butt (box out) into her knee and it bent back the other way.

No ESPN trouble here. I have a nice clear view of a team that seems to be rallying rather than folding (ala Green Bay) after a key injury. 46-34. I'm impressed.

That's the most impressive game I've seen them play all season. Ober going down in the second quarter seemed to inspire the team in a big way. They went to work at that point and put this one out of reach by the end of the third quarter. Defense and (especially) rebounding were the main factors that got it done, which is surprising because of how important Ober is to both.

Wichita State is not exactly a top-50 team, but they would probably finish in the middle of the pack in the Summit. It's nice to see us hammer them by 20 with our two best players out. There's still hope...

Good to see Ober walking through the handshake line. She wasn't wearing the brace they often put on if there is instability in the knee- hopefully it is something like a hyperextension . AJ said it didn't seem to be like Macy's injury.

35 to 18 rebound edge tonite. A lot of offensive rebounds too. Did great in 4th qtr in having 1 min possessions, ending in points.

We looked very good tonight. I'm not sure where the Shockers were ranked pre-season in the Valley but it seems likely they'll struggle this year in their conference. Even so, we did a lot of nice things against a team that has some athletes. Nice road win for the Jacks.
