Clint Sargent is single handedly keeping us in this game.

We have to have about 20 turnovers this game, not taking care of the ball at all and making some horrible passes.

Sargent has 21 points with 5 treys.

I know its just the first game, but at some point we have to quit saying be patient. If our past success is to be emulated we have to have realistic but high standards or we can be now happy with terrible results.

You're right on this. He's been playing everyone pretty much evenly except for a couple. No sets and haven't pushed the ball down low enough. I was there in the first half and had to leave quickly and jumped on here to check it out. We look good and I'd expect good things this year. Don't look too much into the score of this game. There is intensity but it's more like Midnight Minus Two.

But then again..it is DWU? We should be beating them no matter who's on the floor.

This is a team that should be our best in years. There should be no excuses. People have been patient and given the team the benefit of the doubt for the various bad luck scenarios that the team has gon through, but those should be in the past.

Keep in mind that in pregame Nagy said he wasn't concerned with the score for this game, he just wanted to try things and see where things were at (or something to that effect, I don't remember his exact words, other than he wasn't concerned with the final score.

53-50, Jacks aren't playing well at all in second half. Way too many turnovers and Wesleyan still getting open looks at the three.
