Daum has set the school record for most threes in a game with 10. Breaks Wolters' record in the game he scored 53 at IPFW.

Jacks are 4-11 from the line.

If Severyn could pick up his offense, he would get more minutes because he is playing well defensively.

Jacks pick up a big win. Daum with 42 points and 10-15 from deep. Hess with 18 points.

Jacks go to Denver on Wednesday night.

Jacks defense was really good today and played M2M the entire game. Offense needs more production from the other guys. Telly needs to step it up too.

Jacks looked much better in M2M than they have in zone. Abandoning it for 100% zone defense earlier this year is still baffling to me, but I'll take the W today.

Well, I have not been able to watch many games, but that was...pretty darn impressive. Daum finishes with 42 points. Great rebounding, nice defense. I can't say that I was terribly optimistic heading into this one, but...hell, bring on Indiana, right? Really good showing by the Jacks. Maybe this is a turning point. Guard play is still a little all over the place, but this was a nice one.

Gritty win today. The race for 8th is a long way from over. If we can defend like that for the next 8 games we should pick up some wins.

How about this? SDSU was +12 on the glass and had 20 assists on 25 made baskets. Orris had 10 assists.

Telly, though, was brutal. 0 points on 0-3 shooting and 0-2 from the line. Also had 4 turnovers.

If the Jacks can play this well defensively on the road, I'll be impressed. Still, a nice win tonight.
