I like what Horstman is doing out there. He made some nice defensive plays against USD and has been contributing ever since.

We are getting rebounds and getting stops - two definite keys to a win. So far, so good.

I think that has already happened. If not yet, it seems inevitable after tonight. Nagy brought him into the game after just a couple minutes and he's made plenty of plays.

BEAUTIFUL first half. Everything we needed to happen (rebounding and defense) did. The fact that we are up 10 with Larson out and Dykstra's shots not falling is even more impressive.

64-48 SDSU. Nice to see the Jacks play well when they don't shoot the ball particularly well from deep. Horstman just nailed a 3, though. He has 8pts 7rebs.
