Question: Has the quality of recruiting offers gone up since the Big Dance era? Sure seems like it.
I doubt it, the only difference is they are getting picked up by the media. The quality of recruits offered has always been pretty high, especially with the young recruits. Its just in the past no one reported when SDSU made an offer and now they do. Some of that is more social media, some of that is SDSU getting a larger profile.
I hate small guards, but I don't hate this guy, not sure I love him as much as some of the reporters like the guy. I'm 5'7 and yeah, that really doesn't matter as I have no athletic ability, but I think he could play D-I ball, interested to see how he develops during his senior year.
There was a guy about this size in the NBA in the 1960's, his name escapes me but was able to do things that a 6'5 guard could not.
He got quickness and good control of the ball. I hope he accepts the offer.
