LOL. Sorry to be a slow reader. I'll get off your lawn now.

Steph Paluch. And maybe she was going to dunk it too. We'll never know!

That was Steph Paluch that tore her ACL and it was from a jump stop on a breakaway but thats beside the point. That being said, I don't mind him doing a dunk at all with nobody around him on a breakaway. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised with his athleticism if it is just as easy and converts more dunks than actual layups. It wasn't like the dunk was over anybody or was trying to show anybody up.

Is it just me or does this not exactly sound good? Says to me they need a second opinion about something.

I think that might mean they are doing extra tests as the first one wasn't the best of news

Could just be that the team ortho doc might not be available on a Sunday.

Oh that okay, my lawn is all snow and dogsh*t so it does not matter how long you trespass on my lawn. Be sure and clean your feet off if you come in my house.

It seems if it was just a sprain, that word would be out by now. Could be that if there was enough swelling that they might have delayed the tests. Have been checking their board and nothing there either.

This is good news for the Bison Program. Walking in a boot means ??? He might miss a game or two?

Yes more than likely good news. But speaking from experience sometimes ankle sprains, especially high ankle sprains, can be just as bad as breaking an ankle (eg. Percy Harvin). I haven't heard what the the diagnosis was though.

If you wondered why Horstman was out for so long...he had a high ankle sprain. I'm sure NDSU hopes it is not that. And even though it is near midnight and I ought to be in bed (old geezer you know), I will just throw in my 2 cents about Wright's inury (since everybody else seems to have an opinion!) I think he wanted to dunk it and throw it in our face...it meant nothing for the game at the time. And when he raced down and was going to go up, he hesitated and seemed to have changed his mind to not dunk and you could see he was in an awkward position when he took off (I think he twisted it on the takeoff and then landed awkwardly because his body position was also twisted. I've looked at it four times on the replay and am convinced it happened that way. So, as Hillary would say: What does it matter anyway now?
