They aren't even sure who they are playing....can't help but think they are looking past us. What that means remains to be seen.

Meh....Kim Mulkey is not really a likeable coach outside of Baylor. I'm a big fan of Coach Drew, but I can do without Mulkey. O well.

I can see folks outside of Baylor not liking Mulkey. Shes a hardnosed, firey competitor and doesn't care what people think of her. I bet shes tough to play for also, but her players love her, she gets the most out of them, she wins, and her players all graduate.

Honest mistake, I myself think San Diego State when I see "SDSU" also, but just we played San Diego State already this year (they are more familar).

Nice try, except for the ESPN bottom line, all the brackets, everything that's been shown on ESPN etc says S Dakota St....not SDSU. I'm glad it happened.

South Dakota State -Founded in 1881, changed to SDSU in 1964.

San Diego State -Founded in 1897, changed to SDSU in 1970.

So there is now no debate on who the real and original SDSU is, no matter what ESPN has to say about it.

You have to remember it's "lasers". Kills me that someone else was actually thinking and posting the same thing.
Over? Did you say "over"? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!--Bluto--

Me, I'm still watching in my mind Tommy McDonald being quite obviously pushed out of bounds and it being called a turnover--costing SDSU the Division II men's basketball championship against Jacksonville State. Seems like a waste of effort to dwell on it, but I guess I admit it never bothers me when I see Jacksonville State on the losing end of a basketball score.

                          And so it goes.
It may be a waste of effort to dwell on it, but that was my 19th birthday(legal drinking age back then). The party that would have followed would have been epic, instead I was just depressed the rest of the night. It doesn't bother me either to see Jacksonville State on the losing end of a score.

                            Interesting read. Thanks.

I find myself wondering how he and Scott Nagy will get along--it might be that they actually get along like a house afire when they get together. That would be interesting.
