I've checked with Cubby's and was told they will most likely have it but only via internet feed (i'm guessing through the USD site)....if you find out differently and they will have it through ESPN's Full Court, let us know. That would make it worth while to go down and watch.

I just don't see their zone giving us enough problems this week. We are too athletic we can get through their zone and to good of shooters. They are too short and to slow compared to us. The only real threat is if we let krogman get open, or if westbrook gets loose or hot. I think gruis will get a few baskets but nothing we can handle. Otherwise I dont see Boots, or Nimrod or the others putting up enough points to out score us. First team to 75 wins. but I see us winning like 75ish-62ish. White, griff or Carlson leads the scoring at 22. Then wolters and dykstra both just under 20.

Anytime that a team has a guy who can drain three pointers (see: Bader) or is playing at home to prove themselves after being embarrassed (see: UND) they are dangerous. I'm certain that when SDSU went to Washington to play they said the same thing about being more athletic and having better shooters.

I know that Nagy will have the guys ready and not taking anything for granted. The most important part of this game is the first 8 minutes. If SDSU can get out to a fast start that takes out the crowd and also allows USD to start thinking "here we go again." But, if for some reason the yotes come out hot they could make things interesting.

My prediction? Jacks 80 USD 68

In the New Orleans metro area, I found that Fox and Hound, Harahan, LA is carrying the Full Court package, so I will be decked out in SDSU colors cheering wildly for another thumping of the Yotes.

Anyone else that shows up from here or the U site, I'll buy their first drink at Fox and Hound.

It is not showing up on my DirecTV on-screen schedule. Unless someone can come up with a DirecTV channel that it'll be on for ESPN Full Court, I'd have to say it won't be there.

Agreed - I have my doubts. Unless that sports bar has a differnt version of Full Court then DirecTV (which I don't think there is a different version), I would doubt they have it either. Would be nice to know RR if the bartender was looking at the full court schedule (both you and I linked and agreed it's shown there) or the actual on screen guide that shows what channel it will be on.

If we play the worst game of the year, similar to UND game we can lose, but if we even play a respectable effort for a game, we win. USDs defense does not really concern me, unless they figured out a way to keep us from getting wide open 3s or we just brick everything. I dont really see how we lose. The women on the other hand I could see losing at USD, but I dont think the men do this year.

Just bought the game for $9.95 and who knows if it will be worth it. I'm pretty worried about the quality since they are going through South Dakota Public Broadcasting, but I guess we'll find out! Go Jacks!!

I will be watching on midco sports. one of the few times the channel is showing something that I want to watch. Wayne state and concordia must not have a game tonight.

I just bought the CoyoteTV feed, too. I figure $9.95 isn't so bad. I'll watch the two games this weekend. I wish we had Midcontinent in Brookings. I would really enjoy all the local and regional sports stuff.

As for the game. I am very skeptical of the matchup zone as an every night D1 defense. Syracuse can play zone and win with its athletes. Not sure USD is going to be able to make it work... tonight or other nights on a regular basis.

From the USD website? I live in the Twin Cities and I was looking forward to watching this game on GoJacks.com Network but they aren't carrying it. Thanks USD. Problem is that I'm not sure I want to pay $10 if it's a blowout. I really wish ESPN3 was carrying this game.
