Their fans have been waiting to cheer for something all basketball season. This was their Summit Tournament final...let them have their moment. If we don't like them rushing the court, don't let them beat us.

Yes I get that but everybody and their mom is rushing the floor. I just hope the Jacks never do that if they are 8-14 and don't beat a major school.

we had a bad week of practice.
USD just tougher than us.
We didn't deserve to win.
We going see that (holding the ball) from here on out so we'd better get used to it.
We haven't shot well, didn't shoot well last week either.
The opportunity to win the league is gone now so we have to battle our tail off.
We didn't show the fight early and didn't deserve to win. Proud our kids didn't give in but we didn't deserve to win.
Tyler asked about White: Nagy: Chad seemed to be the one guy who had energy. Nate -- all our guys flat (at the start) -- didn't get going until several minutes in to the game.
Tyler asked about UMKC: Interesting to see how our kids bounce back. They always have.
simple stuff: show up and play. I don't know what the lesson is; we already went through this with UND.

I said this in an early post before the game but I was right in that it would be much tougher for Nagy to get his players attention in practice than it would be for Boots. I predicted a 8 point SDSU win.

I bet had the Jacks beat NDSU when they were on their run to the Summit Championship there could have been students on the floor.

Jacks won't be 8-14 again, so we won't know.

IMO that is an embarassing loss. USD is not a good team. We had a lot of players lay an egg tonight. = Need to step up and .......wilt. How many wide open threes did we miss? How many times did someone fall asleep on defense? I can only hope that this lights a conflagaration that ends in a conference tournament championship. Are you kidding me....how do we play so badly that we lose this game? Ridiculous.

Should NOT have lost at UND, should NOT have lost at USD. Embarrassing.

As painfull as that is at this moment that is what made the NCC as unbelievable as it was. It goes to show that despite bigger and better things on the horizon for all the Dakota's it also shows that where we all came from isn't such a terrible thing.

No problem with USD students rushing the court, as their team played well enough to deserve that honor.

Sucks to lose to the Yotes, but the Jacks have bigger fish to fry, and I'd much rather be shooting cold at this point in the season than at tournament time.

ORU turns it over, Morrison gets his 5th foul on the IUPUI runout. 21 seconds left. IUPUI hits one of two. Tied.

And ORU wins it on a Pearson layup at the buzzer. (They're looking at the clock but it looked good to me.)

Settle on into the #2 seed at the tournament (if we win a game or two from here on in, of course).

I've been saying it for a couple of weeks now. I really don't want to face IUPUI in the first round. They'd be a tough out. They already beat Oakland this year too. You never know what Alex Young will do.
