I don't know if I like the having to get tickets before hand. Unless they are willing to give away GA tickets to the students as well. I know some schools have drawings and some have systems where upper class men get first pick and so on. But many also have first come first serve. If someone gets tickets and doesn't show up, what will they do?

Thats why I hate what they did. Looks like im going to have to buy a GA. Some BS I tell you what. I pay enough money to them and they run outta student tickets.

Don't take this personally, but LOL.

Most major programs have caps on student tickets, some even require that students pay an additional fee if they want into basketball/football games.

There will be more games like this if the team continues to push 20 wins a year and the arena gets more chairback seating.

I didnt take it personal hah. Personally buying a GA doesnt bother me but I just like to make fun of how expensive college is getting. O well Im almost done anyways gonna have to buy tickets sometime

I understand some of the USD contingent will be meeting at Bravo's pre-game next Thursday. Anybody know the kitchen staff there?

USD alumni association sent out a 6x8 post card, to their alums, inviting them to a pre-game get-together at Cubby's from 5-6:30 on the 12th and at Bravo's on the 16th from 5-6:30.

NOT TRUE. Students can still get a student ticket. Go to the ticket office before game day.

I don't have any plans as of yet to go to the game. It's gonna be a lost cause with the mens game and I don't want to deal with leaving Frost after a loss. It's gonna get ugly. The Blue and Yellow probably wins by 20-30 points in that one.

At first I reacted with a little WTF moment but I think the Jacks fans can still crowd into Cubbys if they want and show the visitors some hospitality. Cubbys is a great place and visitors can see it, experience it...and go away jealous.

The sooner this game gets over the better. I will not be attending next Thursday, but will be there Saturday night vs. UMKC. SDSU should've done everything in it's power to keep "South Dakota's Team" out of the conference. SDSU now has to deal with the same petty crap (Alumni Party @ Cubbys) we dealt with for 50 years. The comments from USD during the transition (South Dakota kids will never play @ SDSU again. That was a great message. Just because you're from SD you'll never be good enough to compete at the D1 level) will not be forgotten by this guy. I will back the Jacks against "SD's Team" but not from the seats @ Frost. When "SD's Team" was approved for the Summit League and MVC I stated I would not attend the games unless they played in the playoffs. Enjoy the game but I'll be sitting this one out! Go Rabbits!
