Color me stupid...but don't we just have six games left (not counting if we get a second NCAA game)? Does that change your math, or was the statement predicated on six, not seven, games?

CSUB, Murray St, and Omaha are before the Summit.

Forgot to wake up this morning when I got out of bed! How did I forget Murray State? I thought my skiing tumble this past weekend resulted in injuries to my knee and shoulder...not my brain! Makes recovery seem far more difficult.

Wolters' scoring average over the past 5 games: 33.4 points. The lone "quiet" game (18 points) came against IUPUI when he spent some time on the bench. He seems to have taken his game up a notch at the end of the season. I hope it continues.

Has there been any reports on the stiff back & spasms that Nate incurred during Saturday's game?

Wolters lead the country in scoring in February.

Did a quick check of his numbers and here are his averages for the month.

27.6 points, 6.0 assists and 5.1 rebounds per game.

                    Absolutely ridiculous.

Just amazing and hard to believe. I remember when someone first suggested he was NBA material at the start of his Sophomore year. I wasn't ready to buy in. By the middle of his 2nd season in a Jackrabbit uniform my mind was changed and that was well before the NBA really started paying attention.

The you man is special and I feel very privileged that I have been able to see him play and that I get to do so in person at least 1 more time and hopefully many more times than that.

I started school Spring Semester of Wolters freshman year so I wasn't able to watch him right away. However, some of my friends just raved about how good he was and after the first game I saw him I just knew he had the potential to be a great player but it wasn't until his sophomore year where I truly saw his potential as a possible NBA guy. Having said that he has outperformed all expectations and it is great to see how awesome he has been performing this month. Will he become the first college player to post consecutive 20pts 5ast 5reb seasons?

Nate now has enough points, 660,to average 20 for the season and enough assists and rebounds, 165 each to average 5 each per game for the season assuming we play 4 more games ( of course we hope for more and of course he will add to his numbers). That makes him the first player to attain those averages for two seasons since they have kept records for assist which started I think in the 80"s. He is also only 17 rebounds away from being only the second player to ever score over 2000 points, and have 600 assists and 600 rebounds in a career. Amazing!!

13 more rebounds and 16 more points his sophomore season and he would have had 20-5-5 for three straight years!

I just heard Nate on ESPN radio. He was a guest on the Coach and Company show. They talked a lot about his 53-point game, the Summit Tourney, and his NBA future.
