I don't know if he is saying losing any coach wouldn't be bad, hes saying that replacing the men's basketball coach and the football coach would be a lot tougher.

AJ makes $114,000 a year, which my guess would be comparable to what the MVC, MWC, and other mid-majors would be quite similar.

Nagy makes $105,000 a year, which is a third of what Northern Illinois coach made. Its less then what most 1st assistants make at major schools and even some high-mid-majors.

Losing any coach su<ks but some jobs are a lot easier to replace then others.
