Our Offense started out really slow, but have been able to move the ball since. Amazing what happens when you throw deep and stretch the field. Since the big pass plays, our run has looked renewed. Funny.
Our D has only had one decent series so far. McNeese has moved the ball very well. We have a new 3 D-linemen, 4 linebacker (almost like a dime package, but an extra linebacker instead of DB) that we've blitzed out of and able to get pressure. No sacks, but getting the QB out of his comfort zone. It looks like we're starting to get a handle on that inside option play which ate up some big yards early on. If we can shore that up and stop their run in the process, we can look forward to a better second half on D."You just stood their screaming. Fearing no one was listening to you. Jacks O is playing pretty good.
The D has been on the field a lot though and needs to make some quick stops in the second half. McNeese O is tough and has moved the ball pretty much at will, Hopefully we can make some adjustments for the second half and get some stops.Comment
