That sounds a little crazy... but I talked to some people associated with the football program and while they expect to win, they say this is one of those games where we'll win by 10 or by 50.

It just depends on what spirit is left in the SUU team. Everybody talks about how competitive they've been, but let's be honest: It's not easy to maintain that over a season if there is literally no reward for all that effort. If we come out and physically maul them from the start, Bluehat could be right. If they gain some confidence early, it'll be a closer game.

By the way, weather looks pretty good. Should be about 50 at game time (feels like 44, according to weather.com) and topping out at 53. Not bad for November 10. Says 40 for next Saturday.

I expect SUU to pull out every trick they have in their playbook. Whether it's an early onside kick, "exotic" defensive formations, reverses, halfback passes, or such, everything is likely fair game today...

But South Dakota State boasts a balanced attack, with 1,022 yards on the ground from running back Cory Koenig, as well.

You hear almost the same thing every week. Kudos to the coaching staff to sticking to an overall plan that has made SDSU competetive while building the player base to the next level.

In theory I like the little dump to Anderson (41), but he's not the most nimble of runners. Maybe use Wags in that roll?
